COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAMME

COVID-19 Vaccination Programme Update

The Vaccine Programme

All patients aged 18 years + have now been offered the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. We are currently offering second doses to patients who have received their first vaccine on or before the 7th June. The national guidance still states that an 8-week interval between doses is the optimum time. We cannot administer your second dose any earlier then 8 weeks and if you arrive at the Practice sooner than this you will be turned away. This is outside of our control, and we ask that you comply.

Autumn Covid 19 Booster

The official national requirements and guidance for the Covid 19 Autumn booster are yet to be finalised. Please do not contact the practice to enquire about this as we still do not know the definite guidance. We will of course keep you all informed once we know.
